Утро нашего квартала

Утро нашего квартала уже который день начинается тарахтением колёсного трактора “Беларусь”, который привозит сварочный трансформатор.
А сварочный трансформатор доблестные сотрудники местного ЖЭКа используют для разогрева замёрзшей системы водоснабжения, причём, не всегда успешно.
